1. Product description of square tube

Square tube is a lightweight thin-walled steel tube with a hollow square cross-section, also known as steel cold-formed profile. It is made from Q235 hot-rolled or cold-rolled strip steel or coil plate as the base material, which is formed through cold bending processing and then welded by high-frequency induction heating to form a square cross-section shape and size. Except for the increased wall thickness, the corner dimensions and edge straightness of hot-rolled extra-thick square tubes reach or even exceed the level of resistance-welded cold-formed square tubes. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties, weldability, cold and hot workability, corrosion resistance, and low-temperature toughness.
